• Exchanges are not accepted after 24 hours of delivery

💸 Refund Policy
If you cancel a prepaid order before shipping, a 8% deduction applies. Refund will be issued as:
• Store credit ( No deduction)
• Refund to original payment method (after deduction)
🔙 Return-Based Refund Options:
If your reason does not fall under eligible exchange cases:
1. To bank/UPI accounts: with a 12% deduction + ₹255 Rs for return shipping.
2. Via Store Credit/Coupon: ₹230 return shipping fee will be deducted, usable on our website, Fully transferable
3. Product will be picked up and balance amount will be credited after receiving the return.
Note:
• Refunds are processed after the item is received and inspected
• Keep the shipping box intact; we unbox all returns on camera for full transparency

1. Prepaid order is lost in transit, marked “lost” by courier
2. Prepaid order is undelivered within 24 working days due to non-serviceable area or natural calamity (as per courier tracking)
