Shipping policy.
Charges: Customer pays zero shipping charges when the cart value is over ₹ 589, below that the maximum amount customer needs to pay ₹99 only, for prepaid and COD orders as delivery charge
Full refunds: In only the following two conditions, without any exceptions:
1. A prepaid order is lost in the transit and the same is marked as "lost" by the shipping company in tracking status of the order.
2. A prepaid order is not delivered within 18 working days of ordering due to non serviceable pincode or a natural calamity and the same is updated by the shipping company in the tracking status of the order.
Delivery timeline: Our courier partner do deliver according to Estimated delivery date, but sometime because of unforeseen circumstances if the courier delays the shipment, we wont be responsible for that, we will definitely escalate the issue and do everything in our reach to make the delivery possible. Our courier partner try to deliver our products as soon as possible how ever in adverse cases we do have a timeline that is 6 to 12 working days minimum to deliver the order at your door and if a prepaid order is not deliver with in 18 working days then we will issue a full refund in next 5 to 7working days.
Do note: Until the mentioned dateline for delivery is crossed we cannot issue a refund , it is our courier partner's Liability to deliver the product according to EDD( estimated delivery date) , Kindly note delivery dates are estimated only and not guaranteed.
