💸 Refund Policy

If you cancel a prepaid order before shipping, a 10% deduction applies. Refund will be issued as:

• Store credit ( No deduction)

• Refund to original payment method (after deduction)

🔙 Return-Based Refund Options:

If your reason does not fall under eligible exchange cases:

1. To bank account : with a 16% deduction + ₹245 Rs for return shipping.

2. Via Store Credit/Coupon: ₹230 return shipping fee will be deducted, usable on our website, Fully transferable

3. Product will be picked up and balance amount will be credited after receiving the return.

• Refunds are processed after the item is received and inspected

• Keep the shipping box intact; we unbox all returns on camera for full transparency

1. Prepaid order is lost in transit, marked “lost” by courier
