We take a lot of care to check each and every piece before packing and shipping them to you, so that you don't have to worry about anything. But we do understand that sometime there might be some issues like sizing that you can only find out after receiving the products. So to cover for those cases we offer an easy exchange process. To avail this benefit, please note the following points:
- Send us the photo of the item with order id within 24 hours of receiving the parcel on WhatsApp number 9432462215 or email us at care@elymentfa.com. Any issues related to defect/damages/sizing must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the items, else they shall not be entertained.
- Items must be kept unused and with all the original packing.
- You can choose to exchange the item or receive store credit for future purchases that will be valid for 6 months only from the date of purchase. Exchange will not be allowed for items on clearance sale, flash deals, festive offers or any other discount offers. The product choice for exchange is subject to availability.
- As soon as you notify us we will initiate the exchange process and guide you through the hassle free process.
- Remember Items can only be picked up from the same address to where it was shipped. For any change in address, please contact the customer care. Kindly inform the customer care when the package is picked up from your address, preferably with the photo of the pickup receipt, so that we can keep a track of the returning order.
- We will deduct a standard one way shipping charge of rs 70 incase you are returning a product, and product value is below 500 rs, this amount will be deducted from final coupon amount that should be provided to you after return of the product.
Our exchange policy is valid for 24 hours after you receive the product. To avoid any misuse of this policy, any cases of late notification or any unreasonable demand will be handled on company's discretion and we reserve the right to reject the return .
We only cover shipping cost for first return of a product . For any subsequent exchanges on same order, customer will have to follow the following steps:

n 24 hours of receiving the items - Send the product back to our office at their own expense within 4-5 working days and share the courier receipt photo with us so that we can track the order. The return address will be provided by our end.
- The item should be in its original packing with all tags, coupons and inclusion of the box.
- The customer will have to pay the shipping fee to receive 2nd exchange order which can vary from Rs 70-200 Rs depending upon their location.
- The next exchange order will be processed by us only after we receive back the items in due time frame, with all the original packing and in intact/undamaged form.
- Customer can choose to exchange the item or receive store credit for future purchases that will be valid for 6 months. Exchange will not be allowed for items on clearance sale, flash deals, festive offers or any other discount offers .
Its our heart full request kindly be patient in the processing of exchanges, since there can be a slight delay in processing the exchange during festive and holiday season or due to the non-availability of the specific product.
We specify product details like color, raw material, size etc in our product page in a very easy manner to encourage all our customers to read it before placing their order. However, if there is still a sizing issue on receiving the product, we will process the exchange with same or or any other design of your choice. It should be noted that sizes and colors of the products can not be customized.
Items can only be returned in exchange for other items or store credit. We don't offer refunds unless a prepaid order is lost in transit or is undeliverable due to any reason. We will send you the exchanged item or store credit as soon as your returned product is received by us.
Failing to handover the products in original packing despite of 2 pickup attempts will result in cancellation of exchange request.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
In cases of gifts, any returns or exchanges can only be initiated by the original purchaser or the product.
No extra discounts can be availed on exchange products.
Refund Policy
Cancellations and related terms:
Note: we do not entertain any cancellation after the order is shipped and its fulfilled with tracking number. If a prepaid order is not shipped and customer cancel before shipping than customer will be issued a store credit or a discount coupon.
Full refunds in only the following two conditions, without any exceptions:
1. A prepaid order is lost in the transit and the same is marked as "lost" by the shipping company in tracking status of the order.
2. A prepaid order is not delivered within 24 working days of ordering due to non serviceable pin code or a natural calamity and the same is updated by the shipping company in the tracking status of the order.
