Unboxing Requirement
To ensure transparency and smooth resolutions, please record a complete unboxing video while opening your courier pouch and package. This is mandatory for missing item claims.

Exchange Policy (unboxing video required)
We understand that issues can arise occasionally. Our exchange process covers:
- Wrong size or product received
- Damaged item and shipping box
- Missing items
How to Request an Exchange:
- Send unboxing video, clear photos, and your order ID within 24 hours of delivery via:

- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags, coupons, and box included
Important:
- Exchanges are not accepted after 24 hours of delivery
- If 3 pickup attempts fail due to improper packaging, wrong product, the request will be canceled
- Pickup is only available from the original delivery address (contact us for changes)
- Details will be shared on WhatsApp chat with the return tracking
Exchange Options:
- Exchange with another item (subject to availability)
- Receive store credit for future purchases
Note: Exchanges are not available for items from clearance sales, flash deals, festive offers, or discounted collections.
Chargeable Exchanges:
Exchanging for personal reasons (e.g., color/variant change), a two way shipping fees will apply (₹230–₹255, location-based). The exchange order will be processed after we receive the original item.
Processing Time: 12–15 working days (may vary during holidays/festive seasons)
No additional discounts apply to exchanged items
Refund Policy
If you cancel a prepaid order before shipping, a 8% deduction applies. Refund will be issued as:
- Store credit (No deduction)
- Refund to original payment method (after deduction)
Return-Based Refund Options:
If your reason does not fall under eligible exchange cases:
- To bank/UPI accounts: with a 12% deduction + ₹255 Rs for return shipping.
- Via Store Credit/Coupon: ₹230 return shipping fee will be deducted, usable on our website (Fully transferable)
- Product will be picked up and balance amount will be credited after receiving the return.
Note:
- Refunds are processed after the item is received and inspected
- Keep the shipping box intact; we unbox all returns on camera for full transparency
Full Refunds (No Deductions) Only If:
- Prepaid order is lost in transit, marked “lost” by courier
- Prepaid order is undelivered within 24 working days due to non-serviceable area or natural calamity (as per courier tracking)
